FHKM Privacy Policy
The purpose of this policy is to protect the privacy rights of all persons wanting to make contributions to For His Kingdom Ministries, FHKM. We at FHKM understand the importance of all the information that a donor must submit in the process of making a contribution. We are very thankful for their desire and willingness to financially support our ministry. Therefore the following information will apply to all contributions.
- At no time will FHKM sell, share, or trade any donor/s name, address, email information or any other personal information to any organization or third party companies.
- At no time will FHKM send or share emailing’s or any other information to our donor/s on behalf of any other organizations.
- All on-line and all other methods of processing of financial contributions will be processed via Bank of America.
- At no time does FHKM condone, encourage, or allow a donors personal or private information to be sold, shared or traded to any organization or third party companies without written consent from said donor/s.
This policy applies to all information received by “For His Kingdom Ministries”, both online, offline, or any other Platform (“Platform”, includes but not limited to the “For His Kingdom Ministries website”), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.
To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.
FHKM retains the right to seek legal advice and if necessary retain/employ a legal entity to prosecute any donor, organization, or third party company that violates this policy.
